【ポイント】

◆医療経済性は「費用対効果（cost-effectiveness）」（かかる費用に見合う効果が得られるか）で評価される．

◆費用対効果は，治療法の妥当性を評価したり，効果が同等とされる複数の治療法を比較したりする際に有用な指標となる．

◆補助化学療法では重篤な有害事象や過大な費用負担は許容できないため，医療経済性評価による治療の妥当性の検討も必要である．
