多形性乳癌（pleomorphic breast carcinoma）の1例

要旨

患者は63歳，女性．右乳房の腫瘤を自覚したため受診した．右乳房C領域に1.5×1.5cmの弾性・軟で可動性のある腫瘤を触知し，マンモグラフィでは同部にカテゴリー3の腫瘤を，乳房超音波では同部にカテゴリー2の腫瘤を認め，エラストグラフィではScore 2であった．穿刺吸引細胞診でリンパ組織を認め癌陰性であったが，悪性リンパ腫の可能性も否定できないため摘出生検を施行した．Pleomorphic carcinomaと診断し，乳房円状部分切除術を追加した．n0，stage Ⅰであった．補助化学療法を施行し，術後3年の現在，再発・転移を認めず健存中である．多形性乳癌と診断された貴重と考えられる1例を経験したので報告する．
