【ポイント】

◆微小肝転移診断は,SPIOあるいはEOB造影MRI検査が有用である.

◆ソナゾイド®造影を用いた術中超音波検査は微小転移診断や肝切除範囲決定において有用性が高い.

◆直腸癌所属リンパ節転移診断は,各モダリティの技術進歩により向上しているが十分ではなく,ある程度の安全域を見越した治療法選択が必要である.
