【ポイント】

◆MDCTによるthin sliceの多相ダイナミックCTが膵癌進展度診断に必須であり，小さな肝転移も検出されるようになった．

◆造影超音波検査やEOB-MRIがMDCTのみで診断困難な10mm以下の肝転移の診断に用いられる．

◆遠隔リンパ節転移や腹膜播種の診断にPET/CTや腹腔鏡検査が行われているが，標準化するには今後の検討が必要である．
