【ポイント】

◆早期胆囊癌の肉眼的特徴，進行胆囊癌の進展様式を理解したうえで画像診断することが肝要である．

◆胆囊癌の進展様式の主体はリンパ行性転移であり，術前リンパ節転移の評価にはCT・PET検査が有用である．

◆術前に隣接臓器浸潤を強く疑う場合は，ERCやMDCTなどの検査を積極的に行ったうえで，病巣所見に応じた適切な術式選択を立案し，手術に臨む必要がある．
