文献概要

　術後補助化学療法は治癒切除後の微小遺残癌細胞による再発予防を目的として行われる化学療法である．胃癌に対しては，古くから多くの臨床試験が行われてきたが，確実な延命効果は示されなかった．2006年，ACTS-GC試験（Adjuvant Chemotherapy Trial of TS-1 for Gastric Cancer）によりS-1の有効性が示され^1），これがわが国における標準治療となった．
