術前療法の適応とレジメン選択

　術前化学療法の主な目的を以下の2つに大別した．
①切除可能症例における腫瘍縮小，転移予防を目的とした術前治療
②高度脈管侵襲や巨大腫瘍による手術不能例における腫瘍のダウンステージングを目的とした術前治療
