【ポイント】

◆内痔核に対する輪ゴム結紮療法は，内痔核に輪ゴムをかけて阻血性変化によって痔核を壊死脱落させ，その瘢痕形成によりanal cusionを固定し，内痔核の症状を緩和させる治療法である．

◆本法は外来で行うことのできる簡便で低侵襲な手技であり，その適応はgrade Ⅱ，Ⅲの内痔核である．

◆合併症として疼痛や出血があるが，十分に許容範囲内であり，治療効果も高く，手術治療を行う前に考慮されるべき治療法の1つである．
