【ポイント】

◆NOTESは主に経腟または，経胃ルートが用いられている．

◆胆囊摘出術，虫垂切除術，腹腔内観察を中心に行われている．

◆NOTES臨床例のほとんどは，腹腔鏡用鉗子を用いたhybrid NOTESであり，これは既存のデバイスの限界を示している．今後の機器開発が望まれる．
