減量外科の栄養管理

　元気ですかーっ！

　私は管理栄養士の吉川絵梨と申します．今回は減量外科の栄養管理についてご紹介させていただきます．私は，笠間医師が当院で減量外科手術を始めてから現在まで全患者の栄養管理を行っています．栄養管理は手術前から始まり，患者さんの栄養状態に関するフォローは術後，永遠に続きます．笠間医師が手術を頑張ると，私が行うべきフォローは増えていく一方で，減ることはありません．よって，私のカレンダーは患者さんの食事のスケジュールで真っ黒．プライベートの予定を書く余裕がないくらい……．でも，それだけ多くの患者さんが健康に，そして幸せになっていく姿を見られることは素晴らしいことです．その笑顔に支えられ，どんなに忙しくても笠間医師を怨むことなく日々頑張っています！
