【ポイント】

◆隣接臓器浸潤を伴う胃癌に対して，隣接臓器合併切除により根治術が可能な場合に生命予後を改善し得る．

◆隣接臓器合併切除の合併症の頻度は多く，切除臓器数が増加するにつれてriskが高くなる．

◆減量手術の生命予後に対する有効性は現時点では認められない．集学的治療法の発展が待たれる．
