【ポイント】

◆神経損傷を避けるには，「無用な侵襲を加えないこと」に尽きる．特に切開生検の適応は慎重に行うべきである．

◆顔面神経周囲の操作は愛護的に行う．一度神経を切断してしまうと吻合を行っても麻痺の完全な回復は困難である．
