【ポイント】

◆神経欠損：できるだけ血行を持つ神経弁移植術が望ましい．

◆神経腫の治療：軸索内輸送を再建するため，知覚神経切断部の遠位側に神経終末を再建するのが望ましい．

◆絞扼性神経障害の治療：神経剝離のみでは症状は軽減しない．剝離と同時に，再絞扼予防と神経幹の癒着予防のための脂肪弁移植が必要である．
