【ポイント】

◆膵癌切除時には，門脈-上腸間膜静脈への微小癌浸潤を遺残させないことが重要である．

◆擦過細胞診とcontact endoscopyはともに組織片採取を必要とせず，微小癌浸潤の有無や範囲をリアルタイムに診断できる方法である．
