【ポイント】

◆GISTの診断にはKIT免疫染色を必要とする．時間に制約がある術中病理診断では，組織学的確定診断を得ることは難しい．

◆GISTの手術は，腫瘍の組織学的悪性度にかかわらず，臓器温存を図った腫瘍摘出術が推奨される．

◆GIST疑診例のなかには，胃癌や卵巣癌，カルチノイドなどが含まれる．上皮性悪性腫瘍との鑑別に術中病理診断は有用である．
