【ポイント】

◆乳房温存手術は，整容性を考慮して画像診断による適切な切除範囲を決めることが重要である．

◆乳腺の切除断端における術中病理診断は，画像診断において乳管内に進展する方向を中心に検索する．

◆センチネルリンパ節の術中病理診断は2mm間隔での検索が望ましいが，少なくとも数割面において転移の検索を行うべきである．
