【ポイント】

◆胆道癌診療ではエビデンスレベルの高い報告は少なく，臨床経験の蓄積がその根拠となっていることが多い．

◆胆道癌診療を世界的にリードするわが国が外科治療に関する臨床試験を行い，世界に発信する必要がある．

◆臨床試験の実施が倫理的に困難な場合には，臨床経験の蓄積から胆道癌治療の標準化をはかる必要がある．

◆術後補助化学療法においては，質の高い大規模な臨床試験によって有効な治療法を確立することが必要である．
