【ポイント】

◆安全な手術と術後合併症の防止が目的となる.

◆消化器疾患に対する手術を受ける患者では術前低栄養が多く,術前術後の特殊栄養療法を要することが多い.

◆中等度以上の低栄養があると判断された場合,7~14日間の栄養管理を行う.

◆低栄養が疾患そのものによって起きている場合,栄養療法を待たずに疾患治療を行わねばならないことがある.
