【ポイント】

◆術前化学療法によって乳房温存率は向上したが，腫瘍とリンパ節転移がpCRとなる効果予測因子とレジメンは明らかではない．

◆術前化学療法後のセンチネルリンパ節生検によるリンパ節郭清の個別化はT1-2N0乳癌では許容される．しかし，T3-4N0乳癌では推奨できない．

◆N＋乳癌における術前化学療法とセンチネルリンパ節生検に関する第Ⅱ相臨床試験が行われている．
