【ポイント】

◆乳癌の治療方針決定における画像診断の役割は非常に大きい．乳癌診療ガイドラインを基に画像診断の役割について述べる．

◆乳房MRIは術前広がり診断に有用であり，特に乳房温存手術を検討する際には大きな役割を果たす．

◆術前化学療法後の治療効果判定において，超音波，MRI，CTの画像診断は非常に有用である．
