【ポイント】

◆FDG-PET/CTは肺病変の良悪性の判別や,リンパ節転移および遠隔転移の評価において有用であり,施行可能な施設では術前にできる限り行うことが勧められる.

◆3D-CT angiographyなどを用いて,術前に肺動静脈や気管支の走行などを的確に把握しておくことは,出血などの術中合併症を回避する意味においてきわめて重要である.

◆術前CTガイド下マーキングは,肺癌など悪性が疑われる触知不能小型肺病変に対するVATSにおいて非常に有用である.
