【ポイント】

◆下大静脈閉塞時の側副血行路は大きく4種類の経路と，そのほかに分けて考えると理解しやすい．

◆側副路として椎骨静脈叢が特に重要な役割を演じるが，左性腺静脈と左腎静脈の解剖学的特徴も理解しておく必要がある．

◆先天的な静脈奇形が偶然存在し，それが側副路となる可能性があることを認識しておく．
