【ポイント】

◆乳癌薬物療法の進歩によって進行再発乳癌の生存期間は着実に延長しているが，依然として治癒は望めない現状にある．

◆肺・肝・胸壁再発などに対して散発的に外科治療が行われており，そのなかには少なくない長期生存例，治癒例がある．

◆Disease free interval（DFI）3年以上，ER陽性で，薬物療法で制御され，完全切除が可能な症例などでは外科治療がよい選択肢となりうる．
