【ポイント】

◆化学療法剤の進歩によって，化学療法の効果から当初は切除不能と判断された症例も切除可能となる場合が少なからずみられるようになってきている．

◆最近はゲムシタビンやS-1による全身化学療法からのconversion therapyの報告が多くなってきている．

◆肝内胆管癌の治療の原則はあくまで外科切除であるが，conversion therapyの発展によって肝内胆管癌の手術適応も大きく変わる可能性がある．
