【ポイント】

◆潰瘍性大腸炎は多因子によって生じる，大腸粘膜を主座とした慢性炎症性疾患である．

◆潰瘍性大腸炎の診断に際しては，感染性腸炎をはじめとする他疾患の除外が重要である．

◆重症度・病変範囲に応じて寛解導入・寛解維持それぞれに適した治療法を選択する．
