【ポイント】

◆症状の原因になっている主病変が手術適応であり，すべての病変が手術適応となるわけではない．

◆小腸を可能な限り温存する．広範囲切除の必要はなく，適応があれば狭窄形成術を用いる．

◆術後合併症のリスクが高い患者では，腸管吻合を避けたり，吻合を行った後にその口側に人工肛門（covering stoma）を造設する．
