覚えておきたいデータ

◆全国登録や後ろ向き研究による外科治療成績のデータにはバイアスがかかっており，信頼性が低い場合が多い．

◆信頼性の高いデータはRCTのITT解析，または複数のRCTを統合したIPDメタアナリシスの結果である．

◆Censored caseが多い生存曲線から算出した“○％生存期間”や“○年生存率”は信頼区間が広がってしまっており，信頼性に乏しい．
