覚えておきたいデータ

◆この数年間で，肺癌診療の内容は個別化診療という要素で劇的に変貌しつつある．

◆予後をより的確に反映する新TNM分類が使用された．

◆肺癌の局在診断，鑑別診断，病期診断に関するPET/CT診断の意義は，より現実的な評価に変わりつつある．

◆肺腺癌では，上皮内癌および微小浸潤癌が明確化され，小型腺癌に新分類が適用される．非小細胞癌は，扁平上皮癌と非扁平上皮癌に分類される．

◆肺癌検診の方法論として，高危険群に対する低線量CTによる検診に死亡率低減効果が証明された．
