◆センチネルリンパ節転移がisolated tumor cells（ITC）の診断の場合は，腋窩リンパ節郭清の省略が可能となる．

◆進行・再発乳癌の化学療法において高い奏効率を得るには，パクリタキセルとベバシズマブが有効であるが，生存率には寄与せず副作用発現も多いため，先を見据えた慎重投与が望まれる．

◆新規画像診断法としてMRIとUSを同期させたrealtime virtual sonography（RVS）が注目されている．
