◆局所進行乳癌，炎症性乳癌に対しては，手術，放射線療法，薬物療法などによる集学的治療が勧められる．

◆Stage Ⅳ乳癌の治療は薬物療法が基本であり，原発巣の切除は局所コントロールによる利益が十分得られる場合に施行する．原発巣切除の予後改善効果に関する臨床試験が進行中である．

◆再発・転移乳癌の治療の原則はHortobagyiのアルゴリズムに抗HER2療法を加えて施行する．
