食道癌の非切除・再発例

覚えておきたいデータ

◆食道癌の非切除症例の治療法は化学放射線治療が第一選択である．

◆食道癌の根治切除後の再発時期は2年以内に80％以上の症例が診断される．

◆再発診断時からの生存期間中央値は5～10か月であるが，その再発臓器や再発部位によって長期生存や完治する症例が存在する．
