胃癌の疫学

覚えておきたいデータ

◆わが国の胃癌罹患者数は年間約11万人で，全癌病変のなかで依然最多である．

◆老年人口の増加と年少人口の漸減を反映し，胃癌患者の高齢化も顕著である．

◆若年者でHelicobacter pyloriの感染率が低下傾向にあり，将来的には胃癌の罹患者数は減少していくものと推測される．
