◆治療方針の決定においては主に「胃癌治療ガイドライン」に従うことが多い．

◆内視鏡治療の適応には絶対適応病変と適応拡大病変がある．いずれも一括切除が望ましく，ESDが普及している．

◆「胃癌治療ガイドライン」の改訂によって，胃切除範囲の明記と切除術式別リンパ節郭清範囲が固定化され日常診療により即したものになった．
