◆わが国の肝癌罹患率は,C型肝炎ウイルスキャリアの減少により,減少傾向にある.
◆肝細胞癌患者に占める高齢者・女性の割合が増加している.
◆慢性ウイルス性肝炎患者を禁煙,禁酒させることで,肝細胞癌発症リスクを軽減するとともに,肝細胞癌罹患後の予後を改善することができる.
