覚えておきたいデータ

◆第18回原発性肝癌追跡調査の結果，5年生存率は切除54.2％，局所療法45.6％，TACE 24.2％であった．

◆各根治的治療法の安全性・根治度はほぼplateauに達しており，切除では腹腔鏡下手術の台頭による低侵襲化が大きなトピックである．

◆最も根治性の高い切除でも，5年再発率は7割に達する．今後の長期予後の改善には，再発予防のための補助療法の確立がキーである．
