覚えておきたいデータ
◆初回ラジオ波焼灼術（RFA）の1年局所再発率は1.4～10％で，Child-Pugh A・単発・3cm以内初回RFA例の5年・10年生存率は74.0％・41.3％である．
◆分子標的薬治療の画像検査所見はmRECIST基準やRECICL基準を用いて判定され，CRは0～5％，CR＋PR＋SDは70～80％，PDは20％前後に認められる．
◆リザーバー動注化学療法の画像検査所見はRECICL基準とRECIST基準に従って判定され，CRは2～10％，CR＋PR＋SDは30～45％，PDは約50％に認められる．
◆放射線治療（定位放射線・陽子線・重粒子線）の進歩は著しく，5cm以内の肝癌であれば標的病変の奏効率（CR＋PR）は75～90％である．
