覚えておきたいデータ

◆診療ガイドラインで転移性肝癌に対して切除を推奨している癌腫は，大腸癌，卵巣癌，消化管カルチノイド，腎癌などであり，ほかの癌腫の肝転移に関しては個々の症例で慎重な判断が必要である．

◆大腸癌肝転移に対する局所治療のgold standardは切除であるが，焼灼術や放射線治療の役割も増している．

◆大腸癌肝転移切除後（初回）の5年累積生存率は約50～60％と近年，非常に良好となった．
