手縫い吻合，器械吻合の特性と違い

【ポイント】

◆手縫い吻合（特に断端を縫合するGambee法など）では粘膜の癒合が，器械吻合では漿膜の癒合が良好である．

◆縫合糸による吻合部の物理的接合強度は経時的に低下するが，器械吻合では術後早期の低下はみられない．

◆臨床的に，器械吻合は手縫い吻合と比べてやや狭窄が起きやすいが，そのほかは同等以上の成績が各種報告されている．
