【ポイント】

◆消化器外科術後の経皮的ドレナージは低侵襲で治療効果が高く，広く施行されている．適応も拡大傾向にある．

◆各種の画像装置と穿刺技術の発展によってほとんどの病変は穿刺可能であるが，高い読影能力と手技への習熟が必要である．

◆一見，穿刺が困難に思える病変でも，様々な工夫をすることで穿刺できることが多い．穿刺法への習熟が重要である．
