◆膵頭十二指腸切除術の術後合併症の発生率は30~65%と高率であり,ドレーン管理が重要である.
◆臨床試験の結果から,術後合併症を減少させるためにドレーン早期抜去は必要である.
◆重症化する膵液瘻を早期診断することによってドレーン留置症例を見極めることが今後の課題である.
