【ポイント】

◆膵頭十二指腸切除術の術後合併症の発生率は30～65％と高率であり，ドレーン管理が重要である．

◆臨床試験の結果から，術後合併症を減少させるためにドレーン早期抜去は必要である．

◆重症化する膵液瘻を早期診断することによってドレーン留置症例を見極めることが今後の課題である．
