【ポイント】

◆Minimally invasive surgery（MIS）の本質は“minimum trauma and maximum therapeutic result”である．

◆MISは，先人の創意工夫，内視鏡技術，機器の発達によって日進月歩である．

◆アプローチだけではなく，切除・再建においても真のMISを追求すべきである．
