◆Minimally invasive surgery(MIS)の本質は“minimum trauma and maximum therapeutic result”である.

◆MISは,先人の創意工夫,内視鏡技術,機器の発達によって日進月歩である.

◆アプローチだけではなく,切除・再建においても真のMISを追求すべきである.
