胃癌における低侵襲手術

【ポイント】

◆腹腔鏡下胃切除術は胃癌手術における低侵襲性を飛躍的に向上させた．技術革新に伴い，今後もその重要性が増すであろう．

◆胃癌におけるセンチネルリンパ節理論の確立がさらなる縮小手術を可能とするため，その研究が急務である．

◆低侵襲手術は技術的，腫瘍学的安全性を保たなければならず，エビデンスの確立を忘れてはならない．
