通常型浸潤性膵管癌へのminimally invasive surgeryの可能性

【ポイント】

◆膵臓内視鏡外科の最大のテーマの1つは，内視鏡下手術を通常型浸潤性膵管癌まで適応拡大できるかである．

◆症例数は少ないながら，短期成績では生存率も含めて腹腔鏡下手術は開腹手術に劣っていなかった．

◆近い将来に膵癌のminimally invasive surgeryとし腹腔鏡下膵切除術が認知されていくことが期待される．
