直腸癌・肛門癌に対する放射線治療の現況と展望

◆肛門の扁平上皮癌は化学放射線療法に感受性が高く,手術を検討する前に化学放射線療法を検討すべきである.
◆直腸癌・肛門癌ともに化学放射線療法による有害事象で懸念される臓器が小腸である.体位の工夫とともにIMRTの導入が望まれる.
◆局所進行直腸癌に対しては術前に化学放射線療法が行われる.1~3割のCaseでpCRが期待される.
