【ポイント】

◆高齢者は潜在的・顕在的な呼吸器系疾患，心疾患を抱えていることが多く，術後の転帰を左右する重大な要因である．

◆心機能低下やCOPDのリスクを評価するうえで問診や身体所見が重要である．

◆最近は各種ガイドラインが充実しており，これらを利用して的確にリスク評価を行うことが重要である．
