【ポイント】

◆高齢者の肝切除では併存疾患に十分に注意をしたうえで，若年者と同等の手術および術後補助化学療法を行うべきである．

◆高齢者に対する膵頭十二指腸切除は術後合併症が若年者に比べて多く，致死率が高いため，十分な注意が必要である．
