【ポイント】

◆認知機能障害や痛み知覚の低下などによって高齢者の痛みの評価は難しい．

◆良好な術後痛コントロールによって術後せん妄の発症を抑制することができる．

◆薬物療法のみでなく，硬膜外ブロックや末梢神経ブロックを組み合わせた痛みコントロールを行うべきである．
