肛門癌

はじめに

　肛門部は発生学的に外胚葉性の原始肛門と内胚葉性の原始直腸が癒合して形成された部位であり，上皮や筋肉の構造は複雑である．肛門癌は組織型が多彩で，組織型によって治療法が異なる．したがって，肛門癌の治療においては，組織学的発生を考慮した適切な質的診断とともに，複雑な解剖構造に留意した画像診断が重要となる．
