機能性ディスペプシア―六君子湯

【ポイント】

◆機能性ディスペプシア（FD）はローマⅢ診断基準により，器質的な疾患がなく，①食後のもたれ感，②早期の膨満感，③心窩部痛，④心窩部の焼けるような感じ，の4症状のどれかが長期に続く疾患とされている．

◆六君子湯は慢性胃炎や消化不良に効果がある漢方薬であるが，近年の研究によって消化管運動亢進作用やグレリン分泌刺激作用が確認され，FDにも効果が期待されている．

◆外科の手術後にもFD様の症状をしばしば経験する．西洋薬が第一選択となるが，六君子湯の作用機序を考えると，上部消化管手術後のもたれ感，早期の膨満感，食欲不振に効果が期待できる．
