【ポイント】

◆茵蔯蒿湯はウルソデオキシコール酸と異なり,胆汁酸非依存性の胆汁分泌を促進する.よって胆汁うっ滞を呈する病態ではウルソデオキシコール酸との併用は合目的的である.

◆外科領域では先天性胆道閉鎖症の術後,減黄不良の閉塞性黄疸患者,大量肝切除患者の術後高ビリルビン血症などに有用である.

◆肝切除患者の周術期に大建中湯と併用することにより,術後残肝血流の微小循環改善作用が期待される.
